Coconut Macaroons



Coconut Macaroons



Ingredients:

5 1/2 cups flaked coconuts {desiccated coconut, medium flakes}
10 tbsp. flour
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt



Directions:

Mix everything until fully incorporated. Drop dough on a cookie sheet using an ice cream scoop {or you can roll this into small balls with your hands- this is too sticky doing it this way, the ice cream scoop works best}.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
{Make sure to use a parchment paper on your baking pan, this mixture sticks even on a silpat baking sheet}.
