Perfect Roast Beef


Roast Beef



Ingredients:

2-3 pounds Beef eye of round roast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper


Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place roast in a pan, and add salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Add more or less seasoning to taste.
Roast in oven for 60 minutes. {20 minutes per pound}. Remove from oven, cover loosely with foil and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.








{Regardless of of the size of the roast, always cook at 375 degrees, for 20 minutes per pound. Slice thinly and serve with mashed potatoes, salad  and vegetables of choice}.
