Sage and Thyme Sausages


Sage and Thyme Sausage


Ingredients:

Beef or pork ground meat {or both}
Bread crumbs
Thyme and sage herb
salt and pepper
1 egg
red pepper flakes {optional}



Directions:

Mix the ground beef with sage, thyme, bread crumbs, pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste, 1 egg.
Form mixture in balls, or sausage rolls, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cook through.
Freeze pre-bake sausages/meatballs and throw in meatball sausages, breakfast, pizza topping or any dish that needs meat toppings to it. This sausages freezes and keep well.



Sage and Thyme sausages for any dishes! very handy to have in your freezer.
